with Manon La Greve

We’re celebrating 46 years of luxurious living with this beautiful birthday pavlova recipe, created by Manon's Little Kitchen and Great British Bake Off's brilliant Manon La Greve. Manon’s beautiful dessert marries layers of indulgent cream with silky meringue and sublime plums, served lovingly on her Cliveden dining set.


PREP: 30 mins

COOK: 2 hr 20 mins


    • ½ tbsp olive oil
    • 150g of egg whites
    • 300g of caster sugar
    • 1 tsp of salt
    • 300ml of double cream
    • 1tsp of vanilla paste
    • 10 plums
    • 50g of sugar
    • 1 spring of rosemary
    • 20g of butter


1. Roast the plums for 15/20min at 170C fan oven.

2. Start to whip the egg whites with the salt for 1 minute, then slowly add the sugar spoon by spoon.

3. Put it on a tray and bake at 100C for 1 hour, then open the oven to release the steam and leave it for another hour (oven on or off).

4. Whip the cream with the vanilla and top the meringue. Decorate with the the plums - et voilà!
