If you're applying for V12 finance, you must:

• Be purchasing an item or set with a minimum value of over £1,500.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have been a resident in the UK for at least 3 years.
• Be in regular employment (minimum of 16 hours per week) including self-employment, or in a permanent residence with your spouse/partner who is in regular employment*.
• Have a credit/debit card in your name and registered to your address
• Have a Bank or Building Society current account available. You will need this in order to complete Direct Debit instruction.

*If you are retired and receive a pension, or registered disabled and unable to work, V12 Retail Finance may ask for proof of sufficient income.

If your credit application is declined, you will receive notification via email from our credit partner, V12 Finance, with further instruction on how to dispute the decision. To dispute the declined application you can contact V12 Underwriting Department by emailing underwriting@v12finance.com or please call 029 2046 8916 Monday to Friday 8am- 8pm, Saturday 9am – 6pm and Sunday 10am – 5pm.

Circumstances change and just because a previous V12 application has been refused, it does not mean that V12 will automatically turn down a further request. We do suggest however, that you leave at least six months between applications.
